Summary

Part of a package of four bills to apply an energy content based taxation to certain alternative fuels, the bill amends the

Customs Tariff Act 1995
to: set the customs duty rates applying to certain alternative fuels from 1 December 2011; and calculate the duty payable on blended goods.
